Description: This practice session focuses on enhancing footwork with ladder drills, ground ball techniques, approach angles, and creative dodging skills.

Location of Drills: Around the Goal, Ladder Setup, Top Right, Top Left, North South Dodge, Wing Right or Left.

Equipment Needed: Balls, Goal, Cones, Speed Ladder, Bounce Back or Partner.

4. Ladder Drill – Two Feet in Each – Right First
