Note: This membership gives the current account the “child” status or creates a “child” account if you’re not logged in.  It does not register you for a Team or Club HQ.

Child Account Membership: Provides limited access for users under 18. This membership assigns the ‘child’ role, which makes the account unsearchable to users outside of their groups and restricts access to forums, messaging, and activity feeds for safety. Child members can still access course content and participate in groups, but with enhanced privacy protections. Perfect for younger users who need supervised learning environments.

• This account will not have access to forums, messaging, or public activity feeds
• The profile is private and not searchable by members outside of your Club HQ, Team HQ, or Group.
• They can still access all learning content and participate in moderated group activities

Creating a New Account for a child account: 

The “Child” account status can only be changed by POWLAX Admin. If you need to adjust this or have questions about the child account restrictions, please email in**@****ax.com
