Why pay for this if coaches already know how to coach?
Because the goal is not to replace your coaches. It is to give every coach the same foundation, language, and teaching support, so players get a consistent program from freshman through varsity.
Will every team run the same practice?
No. Your varsity, JV, and freshman teams should not run identical practices. They should share the same program language and principles while each coach teaches the right material for his players.
Can we use it across multiple seasons and teams?
Yes. Create teams for different seasons, age groups, clinics, or levels. A seated coach can coach any program your club assigns them to. Your program is not locked to a fixed team structure.
What exactly are we approving?
One annual Club Coaching Seats purchase based on how many coaches your club is seating. One line item. Your quote shows the exact annual amount and the terms your board is approving.
What happens if our coaching staff changes?
You can add seats during the year. When a coach leaves, the seat goes back to your club to reassign. At renewal you choose your seat count, and you receive notice 30 days before renewal.
What happens if the head coach or an assistant leaves?
The POWLAX library and anything built under a club-owned account stay with the program. Coach-built content belongs to the coach who created it and leaves with him. The next coach still inherits the program’s foundation instead of starting from zero.

For 18 years, I’ve coached to that same standard: clear teaching, purposeful practices, and a real path for players to keep improving between practices.
But I kept seeing good coaches asked to build that standard from scratch, with scattered notes, clinic binders, and whatever they could find online.
