Great to see. And just those 4 movements being perfected would basically make all the long poles upper tier. Assuming adequate speed.
Ideas on how best to practice stamina for Walking the Dog??
Mark! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to get an actual comment instead of Bot Spam! Way cool! In terms of practice stamina or building strength, the main is to choke up as far as they need to maintain control. The next is to practice getting the butt end side of the shaft to go up the forearm to the elbow to act as a counter to the eaight of the ball.
